In addition to cultural collaboration, Bosideng has invested extensively in Harbin’s industrial ecosystem, establishing projects that span research and development, the full goose-down supply chain, and apparel manufacturing bases. These initiatives bring together top-tier industry talent and advanced equipment, strengthening the regional ice-and-snow equipment industry while generating employment opportunities and supporting the sustainable growth of Harbin’s winter economy. A Spectacular Runway Celebrating City and Brand
The highlight of the evening was the “Tribute to Ice and Snow” fashion show, staged against the majestic backdrop of St. Sophia Cathedral, an architectural icon embodying Harbin’s unique cultural heritage. The show unfolded across four thematic chapters, each offering a distinctive interpretation. Through the models’ performances, the expressive potential of down apparel was seamlessly intertwined with Harbin’s history and the spirit of ice and snow, creating a compelling dialogue between brand identity and urban culture.
Inspired by Harbin’s architectural landscape, the Erbin × Bosideng collection incorporates elements from St. Sophia Cathedral, the European-style buildings along Central Street, and the distinctive Chinese Baroque architecture of Daowai District. Architectural forms, color palettes, and ornamental details are translated into garment silhouettes, pattern embellishments, and textile design, evoking an atmosphere of romantic elegance. Models wearing jackets featuring the exclusive “Ice City White” motif glided along the runway to the rhythm of modern jazz choreography, immersing the audience in the dreamlike winter scenery of Harbin.
Another highlight was the Extreme Cold Series, showcasing Bosideng’s dynamic thermal protection technology combined with premium high-loft goose down. The designs blend the pale tones of icy landscapes with the warm hues of forest vegetation. Paired with geometric inlays, cable-knit textures, and eco-friendly fur accents, the series evokes a tranquil yet luxurious outdoor aesthetic.
The Polar Series opened with a moving monologue titled “Thanks to the Cold.” As the sound of wind and snow merged with powerful drumbeats, the atmosphere intensified to a dramatic crescendo. The drumming motif draws inspiration from the cultural traditions of Arctic Inuit communities, who historically used rhythmic drumming to communicate and unite their people. Each beat resonated like a heartbeat or battle drum, symbolizing the courage and determination of explorers venturing into extreme environments. The designs draw upon the cultural heritage of ethnic communities in Heilongjiang, including the Oroqen, Hezhe, Evenki, and Daur peoples. Traditional elements from garments such as qipao, mandarin jackets, and robes, combined with regional color palettes of red, blue, and earthy brown, create distinctive ethnic-inspired compositions.

The final chapter, “Ice and Snow Dreamscape,” drew inspiration from the delicate mechanism of a music box, incorporating traditional crafts such as embroidery into down apparel design. Dreamlike color gradients, layered contrasts, and architectural references from Harbin created a poetic atmosphere of winter elegance. Thirty pairs of waltz dancers joined the models on the snowy stage, their graceful movements conveying warmth and affection amid the winter night.
The event also welcomed prominent figures from sports and entertainment. Among the guests were Harbin-born Olympic champions Zhao Hongbo, Shen Xue, and Zhang Hong, Bosideng brand ambassador Andy Yang, Bosideng Antarctic ambassador Wang Yuheng, and supermodel Zhao Jiali, all appearing in Bosideng down apparel and adding further brilliance to the evening.
