1. 2019 Bosideng After-Sales Policy for Down Clothing

    (1)No-reason returns
Items can be returned for refund or exchange to the store of purchase within seven days of the date of purchase when you supply proof of purchase or payment. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed or unaltered, stain-free, odorless and in its original packaging with all tags attached so that it can be resold.

    (2)Faulty items
  • Faulty items can be returned for refund or exchange to the store of purchase within 15 days of the date of purchase;
  • Faulty items are eligible for repairs free of charge within one year of the date of purchase.
    • (3)Items damaged by customers
  • Regarding damages caused by customers to clothing of the new season and the previous year, you can go to the store of purchase or call our Customer Service Hotline to inquire about repairs. For repairable items, we will provide repair service for a fee when necessary;
  • In the event that customers cannot accept the big differences in color or loss of print or embroidery resulting from the repair of the damages requiring replacement of the damaged part, no repair service will be provided.
  • No repair service will be provided for items with more than three damaged parts on account of the difficulty of the repairs. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
    • (4)Repairs will be offered for a fee for items outside the one-year warranty period, which begins on the day of the purchase. No after-sales service will be offered for items two years after the expiry of warranty. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

      (5)Days needed for repairs (From the day of receipt of the damaged item to the day of shipping of the repaired item, excluding the days of transportation)

    Repairs requiring replacement of the faulty parts: 9 working days

  • Rate for repairs of damages caused by customers: RMB 30/damaged part; Customers are required to pay courier fees. AliPay account for after-sales: shouhou@bosideng.com;
  • Customers are required to pay the courier fee to send back faulty items for repairs. We will pay the courier fee to return repaired items to customers.
